Summary: Manage online marketing initiatives
Job Description:
- Online advertising management:
- Pursue targets for online engagement rate and online lead conversion
- Create campaigns with budgets through marketing channels to achieve those targets.
- Develop digital ad campaign themes for Marketing Project Strategist to design
- Manage other website branded pages, Brochure Generator, and partner websites including Zillow, BDX, and Homes.com and
deliver necessary creative assets. Also explore new Marketing channels, potential reach and cost.
- Social Media Content management including content calendar and postings, cost engagement, and comment cleanup/responses
- Quarterly refresh of home page to match market trends. Implemented by Marketing Assistant
- Enhance marketing for underperforming markets/communities. (Facebook and Google spending adjustments, mailers and other methods)
- Track Google Analytics – G4 to determine adjustments to budgets, media platforms, and SEO. Track keywords rankings on google from Builder Designs
- Enhance AI search strategy
- Attend Builder Cloud meetings led by Marketing Assistant. Cross train on Builder Designs dashboard to serve as backup for Marketing Assistant
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monthly visits to competitor websites to monitor trends and promotions.
- Biannual site visits to Olthof sales centers
- Occasional visits to competitors sales centers as needed
- Document observations in email to the Marketing Group monthly.
- Create New Community Google Business Profiles
- Maintain Google Review replies
- Review and approve, correct or reject invoices for the work managed
- Attend Weekly Marketing Collaboration meetings
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and
written) - Strong visual-spatial intelligence
- Strong analytical skills
