"I had a great experience with Olthof Homes. Adrian Pedraza at Summerlin Estates in Dyer, IN made the whole process super simple for us and wasn't pushy for a sales. We walked in and were given keys and paperwork for a self guided tour of their available move in ready homes. We calmly did our tour, went back home to discuss, and made our choice. Then moved to financing with their lender, which was also pretty easy. We closed within a month or two. The quality of the build and service has been outstanding. "Moving to Fort Wayne from Southern California was daunting and exciting at the same time, but what was the easiest part was working with Kara Hoffer at Drakes Pointe. She responded quickly to my initial inquiry about what homes might be available in the time period we had to work with. Kara listened to all my needs in a home and she recommended the Willow floor plan and explained when two homes would possibly be ready around the time of our arrival to Fort Wayne. She braved the extreme cold to make a video walk through so we could see exactly what the home looked like, inside and outside.
Here is the best part. . .while my existing home in California was going through it’s escrow, Kara & Shane called us to give us the good news, the home we had decided on was going to be finished in time for us to arrive and move in! No waiting around. Welcome home was the feeling they gave us and even delivered a small care package & a pre-lit desk top Christmas tree since it was 3 days till Christmas. Included in the box was a note from Kara & her team welcoming us to our new home.
